Thrown Biography

Thrown is a Swedish metalcore band that emerged in the 2020s, building a following with tightly driven songs, heavy breakdowns, and an unrelenting vocal delivery. The band's early releases, including its debut album, Excessive Guilt, helped establish a sound rooted in modern metalcore. Thrown's concise, high-impact songwriting is well suited to a live setting, where rapid shifts in intensity and heavy grooves keep the performance moving.

The October 18 appearance is part of the announced Thrown & Norma Jean bill at Archer Music Hall. Norma Jean's long history in American metalcore adds a veteran presence to the lineup, while Thrown represents a newer generation of the genre. Specific set times, additional opening acts, and a tour title have not been confirmed in the supplied event information.

Located in eastern Pennsylvania, Allentown offers a convenient regional destination for concertgoers from the Lehigh Valley and nearby communities. The show gives local heavy-music fans the opportunity to see both bands at Archer Music Hall without traveling to a larger metropolitan venue.
